Membership

Strategic Minds Society is a business club with paid membership. Memberships are subject to a 12-month contract with 12 monthly payments or a discounted single annual payment.

Different membership options are available that provide different benefits. Benefits are outlined in the Narystės section of the homepage.

Event registration and Event Tickets

Strategic Minds Society organises events that can either be open to the public or private for members.

All attendees of public events must register through our official website to participate.

Tickets are non-transferable.

Ticket Types

Several ticket types can be available to enter our events. Ticket information and benefits are communicated on the event and ticket pages.

No Refund Policy

Due to the limited availability of tickets, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, except in the event of cancellation by the organizers.

In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.

Restrictions for Network Marketing Representatives

Events and memberships are not intended for representatives of network marketing businesses.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse the sale or cancel a ticket or membership purchased by a network marketing representative with a refund.

Network marketing representatives may be denied entry on the event day, and no refunds will be issued for denied entry.

Event Conduct and Safety

Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards all participants, staff, and speakers at all times.

The organizers will not tolerate any form of harassment or discrimination.

Appropriate safety and health measures will be enforced to comply with local guidelines.

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes of managing the event and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Attendees may be photographed and/or videotaped during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used in such materials.

Liability

The event organizers will not be liable for any personal injury or damage to property occurring at the event, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under English law.

Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The organizers will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

Changes to the Event

The event organizers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the schedule, speakers, or venue. Attendees will be notified of significant changes in advance.

Compliance with Laws

All participants must comply with local laws and regulations while attending the event. This includes but is not limited to regulations regarding public health and safety.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
